(x – 30) lacs The value of the property of Vinay = Rs. (x – 30 + 15) lacs x + x – 30 + x – 15 = 270 3x – 45 = 270 3x = 270 + 45 3x = 315 x = Rs. 105 lacs The value of the property of Vinay = 105 – 15 = Rs. 90 lacs
