    According to the question,
    20 × 30 + b × 35 + (b + 4) × 25 = 29.6 × (20 + b + b + 4)
    600 + 35b + 25b + 100 = 29.6 × (24 + 2b)
    700 + 60b = 710.4 + 59.2b
    0.8b = 10.4
    b = 13
    Quantity of rice that is bought at Rs 25 per kg = 13 + 4 = 17 kg
