Let the present age of Sneha and Akash be '6x' years and '8x' years, respectively.
So, present age of Vikram = 5/8 × 8x = 5x years
Vikram's present age = (27 + 3) = 30 years.
So, 5x = 30
Or, x = 6
Required sum = (6x + 8x) = (14x) = (14 × 6) = 84 years
