Let the present age of ‘Prakash’ = ‘x’ years
Present age of ‘Kiran’ = ‘8x’ years
ATQ;
8x + 10 = 3 × (x + 10)
Or, 8x + 10 = 3x + 30
Or, 5x = 20
Or, x = 4
So, present age of ‘Kiran’ = 8 × x = 8 × 4 = 32 years
