Let the present ages of Priya and Tina be 2a and 5a years respectively.
ATQ:
(2a+8):(5a+8)=5:11
Or, 11×(2a+8)=5×(5a+8)
Or, 22a+88=25a+40
Or, 3a=48
Or, a=16
Therefore, present age of Priya = 2×16=32 years
