    Let present age of ‘A’ be ‘a’ years So, 3(a – 12) = a + 8 Or, 3a – 36 = a + 8 Or, 2a = 44 Or, a = 22 Present age of ‘B’ = 3/2 × {22 + 8} – 8 = 45 – 8 = 37 years Present age of ‘C’ = 25 × 3 – 22 – 37 = 16 years
