NHB Assistant Manager Salary 2024
National Housing Bank exam 2024 notification has been announced. . Along with other information like NHB Assistant Manager eligilibity criteria, syllabus and exam pattern, aspiring candidates must also know the NHB Assistant Manager salary before they apply for the NHB AM 2024 exam. The basic pay for NHB Assistant Manager starts at Rs. 36000 and over the years will increase up to Rs. 63840. You will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Special Pay, Special DA, House Rent Allowance, and City Compensatory Allowance if selected as NHB Assistant Manager. Besides emoluments, other facilities like Bank's accommodation, reimbursement of expenses for medical/hospitalization, telephone/mobile charges and newspapers will be given. Other than Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Deputy Manager salary has also been given in the table below.
In addition to the salary mentioned earlier, selected candidates will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. This may include housing options like bank-provided accommodation (subject to availability), leased accommodation, or a housing rent allowance (HRA). The bank also reimburses expenses for medical needs, hospitalization, phone/mobile charges, and professional development. Additionally, there are allowances for furnishing a residence, transportation, and knowledge acquisition (subject to eligibility). Employees can also take advantage of benefits like housing loans, car loans, festival advances, travel concessions, gratuity, leave encashment, and coverage under the National Pension System. These benefits are all subject to the bank's current rules and regulations.

Probation Period
If you are appointed as an NHB Assistant Manager, you will be on probation for a period of 2 years. You can be posted in any department and can be transferred all over India.
