    Solution

    All Laminate are Wood (A) + No Wood are Perishable (E) → No Laminate is Perishable (E). Hence conclusion I does not follow. All Laminate are Wood (A) → Conversion → Some Wood are Laminate (I). A few Polish are Wood (I) + Some Wood are Laminate (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
