    Solution

    Some Leg are Shoulder (I) + No Shoulder is a Arm (E) → Some Leg are not Arm (O). Hence conclusion I follows. All Hands are Leg (A) + Some Leg are Shoulder (I) →  No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
