    Solution

    All Haunt are Place (A) + Some Place is Tourist (I) → Probable conclusion →   All Haunt may be Tourist (A). Hence conclusion I follows. Only a few Place is Tourist → Some Tourist are Place (I) + All Place are Destination (A) → Some Tourist are Destination (I) → Conversion → Some Destination are Tourist (I). Hence conclusion II does not follows.
