Speed of train A = 25 kmph
Speed of train B = 33 kmph
Time taken by train A to meet train B at 10 AM = 5 hrs
Time taken by train B to meet train A at 10 AM = 4 hrs
Distance travelled by train A = 5 × 25 = 125 km
Distance travelled by train B = 4 × 33 = 132 km
Therefore, total distance between X and Y = 125 + 132 = 257 km
