ATQ, Let number of 50 paisa, 1 rupee and 2 rupee coins be 6x, 5x and 4x respectively. Total amount (in Rs.) = (0.5 × 6x) + (1 × 5x) + (2 × 4x) So, 3x + 5x + 8x = 512 Or, 16x = 512 Or, x = 32 Number of 1-rupee coins = 5x = 160 Therefore, required value = 25% of 160 = 0.25 × 160 = 40
