Solution
Let the number of boys and girls in 2023 be '5a' and '7a', respectively. ATQ, (5a + 25) : (7a − 35) = 1 : 1 Or, 5a + 25 = 7a − 35 Or, 2a = 60 Or, ‘a’ = 30 Therefore, required number of students = 5a + 7a = ‘12a’ = 12 × 30 = 360
