    Solution

    `I. 8/( 21)p - 2/7 = 0` ⟹ p = 2/7 x 21/8 = 3/4 II.16q² - 24q +9 = 0 ⟹ (4 q – 3 )² = 0 ⟹ q = 3/4 ∴ p = q
