A cube has sides that are 4 cm each. volume of cube = side x side x side = 4x4x4 = 64 the dimensions of a cuboid are 2 cm × 3 cm × 4 cm. volume of a cuboid = length x breadth x height = 2 × 3 × 4 = 24 Positive difference between the volume of the cube and that of the cuboid = 64-24 = 40 cm³
