    Let the initial quantity of milk in the container was = 25x So 25x (1- 9/25x)^n = 16x ((25x-9)/25x)^2= 16x/25x (25x-9)/25x = √(16/25) (25x-9)/25x = 4/5 25x - 9 = 20x 5x = 9 x = 9/5 So initial quantity of milk = 25x = 25 × 9/5 = 45 litre
