      B b) 12:13 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      C c) 14:15 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      D d) 16:17 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      E e) 18:19 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      Quantity of alcohol in 200 ml of mixture A = 7/10 × 200 = 140 ml
      Quantity of water in 200 ml of mixture A = 3/10 × 200 = 60 ml
      Quantity of alcohol in 300 ml of mixture B = 1/3 × 300 = 100 ml
      Quantity of water in 300 ml of mixture B = 2/3 × 300 = 200 ml
      Desired Ratio = (140 + 100):(60 + 200) = 240:260 = 12:13
