B 25:15 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C 21:11 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D 27:17 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E 24:14 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    Quantity of oil in 240 ml of mixture A = 5/8 × 240 = 150 ml
    Quantity of vinegar in 240 ml of mixture A = 3/8 × 240 = 90 ml
    Quantity of oil in 120 ml of mixture B = 2/3 × 120 = 80 ml
    Quantity of vinegar in 120 ml of mixture B = 1/3 × 120 = 40 ml
    Desired Ratio = (150 + 80):(90 + 40) = 230:130 = 23:13
