    A 1.2 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    B 2.3 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    C 5.2 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    D 2.2 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    E None of these Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    Initially, Quantity of milk in the mixture = 90 × (7/10) = 63 litres Quantity of water in the mixture = 90 – 63 = 27 litres According to the question, 1.40 × (27 + 33) = 63 + 5x + 10 => 84 = 73 + 5x => x = 2.2
