Let the length of each edge of the cube = ‘a’ cm
So, 6 × a² = 216
So, a² = 36

Width of the cuboid = a = 6 cm
And, height of the cuboid = a = 6 cm
Desired area = 2 × (6 × 6 + 6 × 12 + 6 × 12) = 2 × 216 = 432 cm²
