    No. of children in Oct, 2016 = 78% of 65000 = 50, 700 No. of children in Nov, 2016 = 56% of 75000 = 42, 000

    No. of children in Dec, 2016 = 64% of 95000 = 60, 800
    No. of children in Jan, 2017 = 60% of 136000 = 81, 600
    No. of children in Feb, 2017 = 45% of 130000 = 58, 500
    So average of all children = (50700 + 42000 + 60800 + 81600+58500)/5 = Rs. 58720
