    ATQ, we can say that The speed of boat will travelling to Upstream is = (8/30)/60 = 16km/hr  The speed of boat will travelling to Downstream is = (6/15)/60 = 24km/hr  Then Speed of boat in still water will be = (16 + 24)/2 = 20 km/hr  Hence, the Required time will be = (20 /12)hr = (12/20) x 60 min = 36 min
