    ATQ, Let the ages of 'Akash' and 'Kavita', five years ago from now, was '2k' years and '3k' years, respectively. (2k + 10) = (3k + 10) × 0.75 Or, 2k + 10 = 2.25k + 7.5 Or, 0.25k = 2.5 So, k = 10 So, present age of 'Akash' = 2k + 5 = 2 × 10 + 5 = 25 years And present age of 'Kavita' = 3k + 5 = 3 × 10 + 5 = 35 years So, required sum = 25 + 35 = 60 years
