    Solution

    No plant is a flower (E) ⇒ I.I. ⇒ Some plants are not flowers (O). Hence, conclusion I follows. All trees are plants (A) + No plant is a flower (E) ⇒ No tree is a flower(E). Hence, conclusion II will not follow.
