      Solution

      All Candle are Light (A) + All Light are Dinner (A) → All Candle are Dinner (A). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follow. All Light are Dinner (A) + No Dinner is Food (E) → No Light is Food (E). Hence conclusion II follows.
