    Solution

    No Leg is Ear (E) → Conversion → No Ear is Leg (E) + All Leg Are Hand (A) → Some Hand are not Ear (O*). Hence neither conclusion I nor II follows bit it will make a complementary pair. Hence either conclusion I or II follows.
