You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts.     Statements: No Pencil is a Sharpener. Only

    a few Sharpeners are Erasers. 98% of Erasers are Pens. 100% Pens are Boxes. Conclusions: I. Some Boxes are Pens is a possibility. II. Some Pens are Erasers is a possibility. III. All Sharpeners being Erasers is not a possibility.

    Solution

    100% Pen are Boxes (A) → Probable conclusion → All Boxes are Pens (A). Hence conclusion I does not follow. 98% of Erasers are Pens (I) → Conversion → Some Pens are Erasers (I). Hence conclusion II does not follow. No Pencil is a Sharpener (E) + Only a few Sharpeners are Erasers (I) → Some Erasers are not Pencils (O) → Probable conclusion → All Sharpeners may be Erasers (A). Hence conclusion III follows.
