Solution

Some girl are boy (I) ⇒ conversion ⇒ Some boy are girl(I). Hence, conclusion I will follow. Some girl are boy (I) + No boy is a men (E) ⇒ Some girl are not men (O). Hence, conclusion II will not follow.
