    If Vijay and Arjun were arrested, they are definitely either politicians or businessmen (but we do not know which). Hence, conclusions I and II cannot be inferred and conclusion IV can be inferred. Conclusion III obviously has to be correct because only those were arrested who were involved in the 2G scam. So both III and IV can be inferred.   Hence, the correct answer is (D).
