First, N is the south of M, P is the east of N, Q is the west of O and O is the south of P. 
In the above figure shows that- We find the distance between M and Q is 3 + 3 = 6 km and direction of Q with respect of M is south. Means 6 km, South. Hence, option C is the correct answer.
