Solution

Only P scored more marks than U. We get P scored the highest number of marks and U scored 2nd highest number of marks. T scored more marks than Q. We get T > Q. R scored more marks than T but less marks than S. We get S > R > T. V scored more marks than Q but less marks than R.   We get R > V > Q The final arrangement is as follows: P > U > S > R > T/V > V/T > Q
