If candidate fulfills all the eligibility criteria except- (a) At (2) but has 60% in graduation and 50% in post-graduation and has 3 years work experience, the case may be referred to the senior doctor. (b) At (4) but is willing to pay an amount of 2 lakh if the candidate wants to leave, the case may be referred to the CMO.

Renu is a nurse with 60% marks in graduation and 75% in post graduation. She has been working as a nurse for last 3 years. She is not willing to sign the bond but can pay 1.5lakh if she leaves. Her date of birth is 22nd January 1992.
