      From statement I alone, V is second to the left of U. Two are to the left of V. R is exactly between cycle T and W. So, we have, S         T/W     V         R         U         W/T So, either S or U is immediate left of T. From statement II alone, S is third to the left of R, who is second to the left of W. T is immediate left of V. So, S is immediate left of T. S         T          V         R         U         W        Therefore, statement II alone is sufficient.
