    Efficiency of (A+C) = (6+4) = 10 Days taken by (A+C) together to complete the work = 6 days Efficiency of (B+D) = (5+3) = 8 So, B and D will take time = (Total days of (A+C)×Total Efficiency of (A+C))/(Total Efficiency of (B+D)) = (6 ×10)/8 = 60/8 = 7(1/2) days
