      Let the usual time = 't' hours

      Then, (d/36) = t + 1.5

      Or, t = (d/36) - 1.5

      And, (d/60) = t - 0.75

      Or, t = (d/60) + 0.75

      So, (d/36) - 1.5 = (d/60) + 0.75

      Or, (d/36) - (d/60) = 2.25

      LCM of 36 and 60 = 180

      Or, (5d - 3d)/180 = 2.25

      Or, 2d = 405

      So, d = 202.5

      Therefore, the distance = 202.5 km
