Solution
ATQ,
Total distance travelled by the biker = 80 Γ 3 + 60 Γ 2 = 240 + 120 = 360 km
Total time taken = 3 + 2 = 5 hours
So, average speed = total distance travelled Γ· total time taken = 360 Γ· 5 = 72 km/h
