    Distance covered by Suraj in the same time that Akhil takes to cover 500 meter = 500 – 160 = 340 meters Distance covered by Puneet in the same time that Suraj takes to cover 500 meter = 500 – 250 = 250 meters Distance covered by Puneet in the same time that Suraj takes to cover 340 meter = (250/500) × 340 = 170 meters Therefore, Akhil will beat Puneet by = (500 – 170) = 330 meters
