    Let the speed of boy = x kmph According to the question, Distance travelled by bus in 8 min with 10 kmph = Distance travelled by boy in 5 min with (10 + x) kmph in opposite direction => 10 × 8/60 = 5/60 (10 + x) => 80 = 50 + 5x => x = 30/5 = 6 kmph.
