Let the quantity of gold, silver and platinum be ‘5x’ kg, ‘11x’ kg and ‘7x’ kg, respectively. Total quantity of silver and platinum together = 360 kg 11x + 7x = 360 Or, x = 20 Difference between the quantity of silver and gold = {(11 – 5) × 20} = 120 kg
