    Solution

    Let the times be 3x, 5x, and 7x respectively. 
    Dev = 3x + 4
    ATQ, 
    7x - 3x = 48 
    Or, 4x = 48 
    Or, x = 12

    Bharat = 5 × 12 = 60 
    Dev = 36 + 4 = 40

    Required ratio = 60:40 = 3:2
