Let the total capacity of the tank be 96 litres (LCM of 24, 32, and 96).
Efficiency of 'A' = 96 ÷ 24 = 4 litres/minute
Efficiency of 'B' = 96 ÷ 32 = 3 litres/minute
Efficiency of 'C' = 96 ÷ 96 = -1 litre/minute
Required time = 96 ÷ (4 + 3 - 1) = 96 ÷ 6 = 16 minutes
