Efficiency of 'A' = 96 ÷ 24 = 4 litres/minute

Efficiency of 'C' = 96 ÷ 96 = -1 litre/minute
Required time = 96 ÷ (4 + 3 - 1) = 96 ÷ 6 = 16 minutes
