Science students in 2022 = 5000 × 0.60 = 3000
Commerce students in 2022 = 5000 − 3000 = 2000
Science in 2023 = 3000 × (4/3) = 4000
Commerce in 2023 = 2000 × 0.8 = 1600
Total students in 2023 = 4000 + 1600 = 5600
Percentage change = ((5600 − 5000)/5000) × 100 = 12%
