    number of eucalyptus trees is 35% of the neem trees, and the number of bamboo trees is 80% of the eucalyptus trees. If there are 112 bamboo trees, calculate the total number of trees in the park.
    A 800 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    B 720 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    C 620 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    D 700 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    ATQ,

    Let total number of trees in the park be 100x

    Number of neem trees = 0.50 × 100x = 50x

    Number of eucalyptus trees = 0.35 × 50x = 17.5x

    Number of bamboo trees = 0.80 × 17.5x = 14x

    So, 14x = 112

    x = 8

    Total number of trees in the park = 100x = 800
