    Suyash have total amount of Rs.2600 out of which, he

    spent 30% on food, 45% of the rest on travelling. Out of remaining amount he spends Rs.561 on miscellaneous and saves the rest. Find the amount he saved.

    Solution

    Amount spent on food = 0.3 x 2600 = Rs.780 Amount spent on travelling = 0.45 x (2600 – 780) = Rs.819 His savings = 2600 – (780 + 819 + 561) = Rs.440
