Let the income of the man be Rs. x Therefore, sum donated to NGO βAβ = Rs. 0.9x Sum left with NGO βAβ = 0.25 Γ 0.9x = Rs. 0.0225x Sum donated to NGO βBβ = Rs. 0.20x Sum left with NGO βBβ = 0.2 Γ 0.20x = Rs. 0.04x Sum donated to NGO βCβ = Rs. 0.22x Sum left with NGO βCβ = 0.5 Γ 0.22x = Rs. 0.11x According to the question, 0.0225x + 0.04x + 0.11x = 3450 Or, 0.1725x = 3450 Or, x = 3450/0.1725 = 20000 Therefore, income of man = Rs. 20000
