    Let the salary of man is Rs. 100x.
    => 100x × 70/100 × 85/100 × 20/100 = 23800
    => x = 500
    Total salary of man of that month = Rs 50000
    Amount spend of advertisement = 30% of 50000 = 15000
    Amount spend on gadgets = 15000 × 70/100 × 85/100 × 20/100 = Rs. 5950
    Required % = (15000 - 5950)/15000 × 100 = 60.33%
