    Total quantity of mixture = 540 + 660 = 1200 litres Quantity of milk in final mixture = (6/15) × 1200 = 480 litres Quantity of water in mixture ‘A’ = 540 − 480 = 60 litres Quantity of salt in mixture ‘B’ = (2/15) × 1200 = 160 litres Quantity of water in mixture ‘B’ = 660 − 160 = 500 litres Required difference = 500 − 60 = 440 litres
