the ratio 14:9. The quantity of milk mixed was bought by the milkman at the rate of Rs. 25/litre. If he bought the total milk for Rs. 2450, then find the quantity of water mixed in the empty container.Solution
Quantity of milk mixed = 2450/25 = 98 litres So, quantity of water mixed = (98/14) × 9 = 63 litres
