      Solution

      L = 22 cm & B = 14 cm Perimeter of a square = Perimeter of a rectangle 4a =2(L + B) or 4a = 2(22 + 14)= 2 × 36 = 72 So a = 72/4 = 18 Hence area of the square = a 2 = 182  =  324 cm 2
