Perimeter of the rectangle = 2(22 + 13) = 2 × 35 = 70 cm
Perimeter of the square = 4 × side
70 = 4 × side
Side of square = 17.5 cm
Radius = 17.5 cm
Circumference = πr + 2r = (22/7) × 17.5 + 2 × 17.5 = 385/7 + 35 = 55 + 35 = 90 cm
